Heaven vs Hell

I would like to present a different view on a concept which has most likely been covered quite extensively in the past. After recent events in my life, here’s my take on these two popular extremities:

  1. Heaven exists and we’ll most likely experience it after death
  2. Heaven and Hell exist concurrently here on Earth

More specifically, hell is born in the mind. After 28 years of development, has it only struck me now how everyone has a different version of reality. When you experience the dreamer personality at an extreme level like I have, you understand the consequences of losing yourself in your thoughts.

A thought is a powerful thing. Whether good or bad, it has the power to set in motion a magical sequence of events leading to the manifestation of it in physical reality. Unfortunately for a reason I quite haven’t figured out just yet (anyone?).. it’s still either a good or bad thought. So the problems of the world are self-created.. World Wars, Poverty, Global Warming, Deep Seated Unhappiness, all problems born in the mind and often manifested in reality.

The way I see it is that we live in a sort of good evil duality, and perhaps this life is an expression of an infinite intelligence seeking the experience it by definition can’t, evil. Which brings us to another interesting point: How can love truly be tested without the challenge of evil? I’m no advocate of evil, but instead of taking life so seriously wouldn’t it be awesome to know that life is just a game. Good vs Evil.. Heaven vs Hell.. call it what you will.. and we are the players. And since, in my mind, evil by definition is self-destructive (breaking up from the inside like the Romans or the Mongols or the Nazis) the ultimate winner is an obvious one. It’s just a question of time. Who’s side are you on??

    Hi again,
We are pawns, not the players. The players are unseen to us, but influence our choices, ie., good choices vs bad choices. What’s so extraordinary about being a human is we have free will.
We also have a Teacher to learn how we can have eternal life. Again, it’s our call.
Some of us need a slap in the face while others take a life time to really understand. For me it took forty five years.
